Credit will be issued on Ketogenics brand products ONLY by sending back the
empty packaging within 15 days of receipt.
UNOPENED
PRODUCTS:
Credit will be issued on ALL unopened products returned to the address listed
below within 3 months of customers receipt.

All refunds will be issued upon Ketogenics receipt
of product. Customer information (Name, Address, Phone Number)
must be included on paper inside returned shipment.
